Extensive Application and Thorough Screening

Our application has been designed to collect all of the information needed to thoroughly vet each tenant. It isn’t just about their last rental reference. It is about the character and capacity of each applicant. Just because a tenant intends on paying their rent doesn’t mean they can and just because a tenant can pay the rent doesn’t mean they will. Once we have collected all of the necessary information in the application we go to work verifying it.
