What is your management fee and are there lease-up fees?
Our standard fee is 7.95% of rent collected (plus GST) with zero lease-up fees. Premium services are included.
How fast can you place a tenant?
Most properties are placed within 2–4 weeks depending on seasonality and price point. We use pro photos, 3D tours, and targeted campaigns.
Do you handle maintenance approvals and inspections?
Yes. We run preventive schedules, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate repairs with owner-approved limits.
How do you screen tenants?
Seven-point screening including credit, income, employment, landlord references, and risk review to reduce defaults and damage.
When do owners get paid?
Rent is collected at month start and owner disbursements typically go out mid-month after reconciliation.
Can I review statements online?
Yes. Owners receive detailed monthly statements and year-end summaries, accessible online.
